Due to its proximity to the Vancouver airport, the hospital also provides services to visitors traveling to and from YVR.

The population of 218,000 is one of the most ethnically diverse in Canada.

Richmond is the fourth most populous and fast-growing municipality in Metro Vancouver. To meet the growing demand for healthcare services, Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is ensuring we plan for the future. Richmond Hospital is undergoing plans for a campus wide expansion and renewal.
