Within the context of a client and family centered care model and in accordance with established vision and values of the organization, uses considerable tact and diplomacy to provide communication, information and reception services, administrative support functions and other duties relating to various program activities within adult community mental health. Answers telephone inquiries, takes messages or directs callers to the appropriate person, greets and checks in clients, schedules client appointments as directed, confirms client appointments and books meeting rooms. Exhibits current working knowledge of applicable computer systems and software programs. Word processes a variety of material such as correspondence and progress reports utilizing word processing or spreadsheet software, enters client information into database, scores client questionnaires according to established procedures, transcribes administrative and clinical correspondence, and collates statistical information. Maintains client charts as per established procedures, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, and engages in on-going team planning and quality improvement activities.
