The ACT team provides intensive community-based treatment and rehabilitation for adults with severe mental illness and complex needs, including concurrent substance use disorders, housing instability, and significant functional impairment. The psychiatrist works closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team and provides care in both clinic and community settings.
