The Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine at the Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) invites applications for a Transplant Infectious Diseases (ID) Physician. It is expected that the physician recruited will also be recommended for a clinical faculty position with the University of British Columbia Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases, based at VGH.
There is also an expectation to conduct and publish research studies, trials, and/or quality assurance projects that are innovative and relevant. The successful candidate will show demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and will be expected to participate in the undergraduate as well as postgraduate teaching activities of the Division and Department.
