Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the Acute Float Pool team supporting VCH sites in multiple communities including the North Shore, Sechelt, Powell River, Sea to Sky, Bella Bella, and Bella Coola, BC. Apply today to join our team!
As per the current Public Health Orders (Long Term Care/Seniors Assisted Living Provincial Health Officer Order and the Health Sector Order), as of October 26, 2021, all employees working for Vancouver Coastal Health must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Proof of vaccination status will be required.
This is a Flex Position. As per article 17.07 of the Nurses Collective Agreement, flex positions are posted as a 0.8 FTE part-time positions but you will be paid as a full-time 1.0 FTE. You will be booked six weeks in advance for half of your shifts and may be scheduled for short-notice shifts for the remaining half. Insufficient notice per article 25.08 will not apply for scheduling the remaining half of your shifts.
