Come work as a General/Anatomical Pathologist with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)!

The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Richmond Hospital invites applications for a full time permanent position as a General or Anatomical Pathologist. Start Date is negotiable.  Fellowship training and/or related work experience is not required but would be an asset. 

 

The successful candidate will join the department of 5 Pathologists providing General Pathology work including anatomical and possibly clinical pathology services for both inpatients and outpatients in Richmond Community of Care.  The work environment is a fast-pace high volume lab with about 20,000 Anatomical Pathology specimens and 2M Clinical Pathology tests per year with rapid annual growth.

Qualifications

Education, Licensing, & Experience:

  • Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC)- Mandatory
  • Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) - Mandatory
  • Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) - Mandatory
